Ever since I found this outfit, I've been absolutely obsessed with it and I'm going to be wearing it so many times in summer as it's such a gorgeous outfit and it's so comfy for day to day wear whilst looking different to my usual wear.
It's a super simple outfit however the two pieces work so well together which makes the outfit look so much more stylish and well put together.
One of the things I love most about spring fashion is that you can wear skirts as don't get me wrong, I love jeans as they are so easy and effortless however I feel a skirt looks so much more stylish and makes so many more outfit opportunities. I love how easy it is to dress a skirt up or down and for this look I've created a super casual look which I think is perfect for day to day wear. Whether you're going shopping, day out with friends or family or whatever the occasion, I think this is the perfect casual but 'I've made some effort' look. Also if you did a more glam makeup look and put on a pair of heels then I think it would make a gorgeous outfit for a casual night out.
This skirt is what I'm going to be living this spring and summer, I love the light pink shade of it as it's perfect for this season and so easy to style with any colour. It was bargain of £6 from Primark which is such a bargain considering it's a really well made skirt. And of course what else drew me to the skirt was that it's A line as I love the shape and style of a-line skirts. As well, the skirt has two rectangular pockets on the front on each side which I wouldn't really use as they're quite thin and flat however they really compliment the shape of the skirt.
I also love the faux suede material of this skirt as the suede and the lining inside the skirt are a perfect combination as it makes the skirt super slim and light so is still so comfortable to wear especially in the heat.
I've paired the skirt with this gorgeous Off-The-Shoulder Gingham Top which was a bargain of £6 from Primark and I've been in love with gingham prints at the moment as it's so simple to style but looks more than just a top. This off-the-shoulder top is so comfy as the material is light and flowy and works so well tucked into a skirt or hanging loose. I also love the small frill detail it has around the elasticated top as it gives the top extra detail and frills are very in at the moment.
I styled this top with the skirt by simply loosely tucking it into my skirt which is comfy and looks better than the top flowing over the skirt.
To finish this look off, I wore my Vans Old Skool Trainers in Black (which I've done a whole post on here) as they go so well with the overall look as they match the top and compliment the pink from the skirt perfectly.
How would you style this pink suede skirt for spring?

Love this outfit! Gingham and pink are both so in at the moment so it only makes sense to match them together! You could also wear the top with skinny jeans and boots to dress it up or the skirt with a nude top and sandals to dress it down!
